The Team
Tim Perry
Tim Perry has been a general contractor for 38 years. His construction journey began at the young age of ten. In the photo to the right you can see Tim working with his father. Over the years Tim has become an expert in building all forms of architecture and construction. It wasn't long before he would pass along this knowledge to his children.

Nate Perry
In a similar fashion Nate Perry learned construction at a very young age. Over the last two decades Tim has taught Nate everything there is to know and now they are in business together with Waterline LLC. Nate plans to teach his children the trade one day and keep the family legacy alive.
